I’d like to get to know your home better. If you could provide me with a tour, highlight your homes key features, and point out any updates, renovations, problem areas or other points of interest that would be wonderful.

We will discuss the state of the current market, examine comparable home sales and collaborate on an effective pricing strategy for your home.

We will discuss a strategic marketing plan for your home which may include showing start dates, offer dates, high definition video and photography session, open house schedule, preferred possession dates, showing times, for sale sign placement, and other key dates to get your home the most exposure on the market.

If required, I will spend a few minutes measuring your home, going over utility bills, property taxes, obtaining a spare key, and gathering general information about your property.

Two documents will need to be executed to get you on the market. First is the Listing Agreement. This agreement will outline the asking price of the home, the real estate fees charges by the Brokerage, and the length of the agreement. The second document to fill out is a Property Disclosure Statement. See examples below.
